today was pollywog's first day of ballet...or bal-la-let, as she pronounces it.
it was seriously the cutest thing i have ever seen.
a room full of little gals in leotards spinning and plie-ing...
they started learning the dances they will perform for the christmas recital.
after class the girls curtsied for the teacher and recieved a chocolate treat.
pollywog is beyond excited about wearing a costume and dancing on stage.
when we got home she practieced some of thse newly learned moves
and on the different positions...position one
whats the best way for a ballerina to end the night?
well apple slices, a snuggle in mommy's bed and a good story.
