Pollywog has been eyeing the silks at the library.
So we purchased some fabric and dyed the fabrics with Kool-aid.
We used rocks to hold the fabric under the dye
While we waited for the dye to set, we did some boogieing!
This gal has some fancy moves!
Finally our "silks" were ready!
Pollywog had a vision for her new silks.
I believe I got the wrong fabric, or didn't use enough Kool-aid. The colors weren't as vibrant as we wanted so we we are gonna try this project again.
She was happy though and we had a wonderful time making our craft.
